We went to my moms house yesterday. Although she lives thirty minutes away, we haven’t been to her house in over a year for various reasons – many of which unfolded publicly on this blog. But enough about the past and more about yesterday…

We finished the day with my sisters famous chicken parmesan, cheesecake and dominoes. And even though it’s been a year, it felt as though things went right back into our old routine – Eat too much, laugh too hard, and leave too late.
All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and hope Grandma and Aunt Julie did too.
